Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to create clear, accurate, and engaging content that translates complex technical concepts into easily understandable language. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to produce high-quality technical documentation and content for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain technical content including:
• User guides and manuals
• API documentation
• Product documentation
• Technical blogs and articles
• FAQs and knowledge base content
• Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to ensure content accuracy.
• Conduct research to understand technical products, services, and industry trends.
• Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and style across all documentation.
• Review and update existing content to improve clarity and accuracy.
• Optimize content for SEO where applicable.
• Meet deadlines while managing multiple content projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, software development, or IT products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and structured manner.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems.
• Basic understanding of HTML, Markdown, or documentation frameworks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and editing skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience writing for SaaS, software, or technology-based products.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, or programming concepts.
• Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, GitHub, Notion, or similar platforms.
