Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 60,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Content Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and optimize high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Write persuasive, results-oriented copy that aligns with the brand’s voice and supports business goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, develop strategies, and maintain a consistent brand message across platforms.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content, and audience behavior to produce relevant and captivating content.
• Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, well-structured, and designed for optimal engagement with both search engines and readers.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, coherence, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in content marketing, SEO, and digital media innovations.
• Manage content schedules to ensure timely and consistent publication across all platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to integrate visuals and written content seamlessly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing strategies, and current digital trends.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress); knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• A portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples, such as blogs, social media posts, ads, and web content.
• A passion for storytelling and creating content that engages and motivates action.
• Experience using analytics tools to monitor content performance and refine strategies for better engagement and conversion.
