We are seeking a sharp and versatile Content & Communications Executive to craft strategic, engaging content across client emails, business communication, LinkedIn, web copy, and internal campaigns. The ideal candidate will understand the unique needs of B2B communication in the pharma and nutraceutical space and can make even a cold email feel personalised. They will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to help Anzen stand out through every word we share—whether with potential clients or global partners.
- Email Content Strategy
- Draft engaging and persuasive email content for cold, warm, and hot leads in the API, pharma, and nutraceutical segments.
- Rewrite existing sales email templates to make them more personalised, human, and effective.
- Build structured follow-up email sequences that avoid repetition and increase conversion.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to refine messaging based on customer type or region.
- Business & Client Communication Support
- Create smart, clear, and warm messaging for:
- Appointment-setting
- Sample follow-ups
- Tender or quotation reminders
- Payment reminders
- Re-engaging inactive leads
- Ensure tone adapts appropriately between formal business buyers and more open markets.
- Social Media & LinkedIn Content
- Write short-form content for the company’s LinkedIn page: exhibition announcements, partnership highlights, and founder/team updates.
- Create engaging captions or short blurbs for event photos, behind-the-scenes moments, or client visits.
- Propose post ideas and help plan monthly calendars in sync with marketing/BD team goals.
- Website & SEO Copywriting
- Refresh website copy for better readability and keyword optimisation.
- Write short blog-style posts (100–300 words) around topics like:
- Market trends
- Ingredient highlights
- Anzen’s sourcing strengths
- Regulatory advantages of Indian APIs
- Internal & Campaign-Based Content
- Draft content for:
- Seasonal or festival emailers
- Brochures and PPTs (in collaboration with designers)
- Email signature banners
- Corporate announcements or CSR initiatives
- Create taglines, sub-headlines, or sharp intros for promotional material.
- Brand Voice & Consistency
- Maintain consistent tone across all external-facing communication.
- Help evolve a more modern, warm-but-expert brand tone for Anzen.
- Edit and proofread outbound communications for other departments if needed (HR, admin, etc.)
- Additional Creative & Strategic Support
- Research hooks and story formats for outreach based on international pharma/health trends.
- Maintain a swipe file of interesting B2B content or email ideas seen globally.
- Help build a content library (by lead type, country, service line) for scalable outreach.
- Assist in developing communication templates for client surveys, feedback requests, or testimonials.
- Strong written communication skills with a creative flair.
- Excellent command of English grammar, tone, and style.
- Ability to write sharp hooks, subject lines, and concise B2B messaging.
- Comfortable writing for both email and social media formats.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword-focused content writing.
- Collaborative and proactive with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sectors is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,326.91 - ₹15,000.00 per month
