Content Writer

Globe Call Centre is seeking a talented and creative Senior Content Writer to join our Marketing and Communications team. We are looking for a driven professional with exceptional writing skills, strong research capabilities, and the creativity to produce engaging, high-quality content across diverse digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and proofread compelling content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns
• Develop persuasive copy that reflects the brand’s tone, voice, and target audience
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to execute impactful digital campaigns
• Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and reach
• Ensure consistency in messaging while contributing to brand storytelling and content strategy
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ professional writing experience, preferably within a marketing or agency setting
• Strong knowledge of SEO writing techniques, content strategy, and current digital trends
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Job timings: ( 9 am to 4:30 pm during Ramadan) 12 pm to 8 pm normal timings
