We're not just looking for a writer; we're looking for a Content Architect—someone who can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for multiple audiences. You will be responsible for defining the voice, producing high-impact content across short-form social media and long-form sales documents, and ensuring everything we publish drives measurable results. Key Responsibilities

The Content Strategy & Enablement Writer will manage a diverse portfolio of writing tasks, ensuring excellence and strategic alignment across the board:

I. Brand & Company Content (Our Voice)

  • Company Posts: Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for our corporate channels, including blog posts, website updates, newsletters, and thought leadership articles that establish our market authority.
  • SEO & Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate best practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and keyword strategy into all owned content.

II. Client Social Media & Digital Copy (Our Service)

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary content resource for a roster of clients, quickly adapting to diverse brand guidelines, tones, and industry verticals (e.g., finance, tech, wellness).
  • Platform-Specific Content: Craft engaging, platform-native copy for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.), including campaigns, ad copy, and community responses.
  • Performance Focus: Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement rates and client-specific KPIs.

III. Sales & Business Enablement (Our Growth)

  • Case Studies & White Papers: Research, interview subject matter experts (SMEs), and write compelling case studies and in-depth white papers that showcase client success and validate our value proposition.
  • Sales Documents: Produce clear, persuasive collateral for the sales team, including pitch decks, battle cards, email sequences, and internal training materials.
  • Content Library: Manage and maintain a centralized repository of sales-ready content, ensuring materials are always accurate, up-to-date, and easy to access.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional writing experience in marketing, agency, or corporate communications roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across short-form and long-form content.
  • Proven ability to adapt tone and style quickly for different brands and target demographics.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and content management systems (CMS).
  • High proficiency in researching complex topics and simplifying them for a general audience.
  • Fluency in English (international standard).

Preferred, But Not Required

  • Experience with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with visual communication tools or design thinking for content layout.
  • A second language relevant to global markets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs94,979.00 - Rs150,849.00 per month
