Content Writer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Content Writer at Chiritravels. You’ll write and edit content across our website and campaigns, support PR and marketing initiatives with research and preparation, and handle a steady flow of operational tasks that keep projects moving.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and the marketing team. Some days you’ll be writing landing pages or email content. Other days you’ll be cleaning up a spreadsheet, sorting data, preparing outreach lists, or pulling together research for a PR story.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can switch between content and execution without losing quality.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit website content, landing pages, blog posts, email copy, and campaign assets
• Support PR campaigns with research (sources, angles, lists, fact checks, drafts, quotes)
• Prepare and organize outreach materials (media lists, partner lists, pitch notes, tracking sheets)
• Clean, structure, and maintain spreadsheets (sorting, tagging, deduping, formatting, basic analysis)
• Collect and summarize data for reporting and decision-making
• Handle ad hoc tasks that support marketing, partnerships, and operations
• Coordinate with design/marketing to ensure content matches brand and goals
• Keep documentation and task tracking up to date

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills (English)
• Comfortable doing research and turning it into clear, structured output
• Confident working in Google Sheets / Excel (sorting, filtering, cleaning messy data)
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks without hand-holding
• Able to work independently in a remote setup
• Familiarity with SEO basics (nice to have)
• Experience with PR / outreach / digital marketing (nice to have)
• Interest in the travel industry (nice to have)
• Bachelor’s degree is nice to have, but not required if you have strong proof of work
