CONTENT WRITER

Location: Preferred: Malvern, PA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, Tues-Thurs)
Remote if not local- must work EST standard business hours
Duration: 6 months (Possibility of extension)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Compensation Range: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour W2

Are you ready to elevate high-stakes B2B marketing initiatives and shape thought leadership for a world-renowned financial services leader? As a Content Writer, you will serve as a consultative partner across executive and creative teams to drive engagement for high-visibility virtual and in-person institutional events. You will translate complex retirement and investment solutions into compelling, market-defining narratives that motivate decision-makers and solidify brand distinction.

Responsibilities:

• Craft high-impact, omnichannel promotional campaigns-including targeted email journeys and dynamic web content-to maximize attendance and engagement across institutional audiences.
• Develop executive-level presenter scripts and roundtable discussion narratives, synthesizing complex financial and retirement positioning into authoritative thought leadership.
• Partner consultatively with cross-functional creative teams, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to align content strategy with overarching business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end editorial lifecycle, maintaining rigorous adherence to brand standards, style guides, and legal compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of specialized experience in B2B content writing or copywriting within the financial services or institutional investment sector.
• Deep expertise in crafting high-volume marketing deliverables, including event promotions, executive scripts, and digital content strategies.
• Proven track record of translating complex financial subjects into persuasive, actionable communications while managing tight, firm deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; familiarity with modern content workflows or Generative AI tools is a strong plus.
