We are looking for a Visual Designer who is local to NYC and can work a hybrid schedule! This person will be reporting to the VP, this role is a critical support position within the film marketing team, responsible for coordinating and facilitating the marketing efforts for major film releases on the platform. The ideal candidate will be an extremely detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly work across multiple teams, develop marketing materials, track campaign performances, and maintain comprehensive documentation for films with our client. 
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Reporting to the VP, the role will support managers/directors in the development of cross-company marketing plans for movies on Peacock - the 'Pay 1' film offering and growth of our licensed film collection.</li>
<li>Assist in and support preparation for internal team briefings (i.e., Media, Performance, CRM, Social, Editorial, etc.) and monitoring campaign performance for insights and future optimizations.</li>
<li>Assist in meeting regularly scheduled meeting preparation including calendar coordination, agendas, and post meeting notes.</li>
<li>Expand/update 'movie rubric' and key tracking documents to better prioritize support for upcoming film releases.</li>
<li>Lead monthly industry competitive process and tracker working with key functional teams (i.e., media, creative, etc.). to develop and disseminate competitive reporting.</li>
<li>Draft 'After-Action Reports' that summarize efforts, calling out campaign effectiveness, insights and future enhancements (i.e., what did we do, what did we learn and what should we do moving forward).</li>
<li>Work in partnership with film team leads to develop PowerPoint presentations for marketing briefs, launch plans, key leadership meetings, etc.</li>
<li>Monitor acquisition and engagement rate from film (First View, # of titles and total consumption) and propose tactics to improve outcomes.</li>
<li>Provide operational support between Peacock and film partners, including setup/facilitation of recurring meetings.</li>
<li>Coordinate with editorial, product, on-platform promo and partner marketing teams to amplify film offering on Peacock.</li>
<li>Monitor competitive film landscape and shifting consumer awareness/expectation for film offering across streaming services.</li>
<li>Serve as key team lead on meeting setup, cadence and agendas.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years relevant work experience, in Film/Entertainment, Direct-to-Consumer and/or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>Knowledge/awareness of various streaming business models (AVOD, SVOD, TVOD) and of the Direct-to-Consumer and/or streaming services space.</li>
<li>High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.</li>

We are seeking a dedicated Creative Designer to partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop, reimagine, and produce impactful layouts, designs, original content, and advertising across all media&mdash;including digital, print, broadcast, and social.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Actively manage, create, design, and produce final assets for marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Create and maintain brand assets including patterns, icons, templates, layouts, etc for use in all media.</li>
<li>Apply the look and feel of our assets across digital, eCommerce, print, video for multiple devices and platforms (web - desktop / tablet / mobile).</li>
<li>Results-oriented with a firm understanding of the marketing lifecycle and operations.</li>
<li>Independently design solutions: concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as required and assigned.</li>
<li>Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Advanced skills in creative design, typography, page layout, color theory and illustration.</li>
<li>Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite &ndash; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and related platforms.</li>
<li>Familiarity and a desire to expand your UX/UI practices and methodologies using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of media production across print, web, mobile, social, etc.</li>
<li>Fundamental photography skills.</li></ul>
