Franchise Integration &amp; Subscription Advocacy

<li>Act as the subject matter expert for subscriptions across Minecraft marketing efforts, ensuring subscription offerings are integrated into major game drops, seasonal campaigns, retail moments, creator initiatives, and franchise activations.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to position subscriptions as a core driver of player value, engagement, and community participation across the game's ecosystem.</li>
</ul>
Cross-Channel Growth &amp; Execution
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Affiliate Marketing, Product Lifecycle Marketing (PLM), Paid Media, and broader growth teams to develop and execute subscription acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.</li>
<li>Help define channel strategies, promotional plans, and activation frameworks that maximize subscription growth and business impact.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, subscriptions marketing, or related marketing disciplines.</li>
