MARKETING MANAGER

Compensation Range: $30 - 36 per hour

This strategic opportunity empowers a consultative leader to oversee end-to-end demand generation programs across diverse digital and traditional channels. Partner with cross-functional leadership to turn complex data into actionable campaign success and measurable market expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute comprehensive, omnichannel marketing strategies to accelerate demand generation and maximize customer acquisition across all touchpoints.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with corporate partners, regional teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless program execution.
• Optimize marketing budgets and manage strategic financial allocation to deliver maximum ROI and campaign performance.
• Establish advanced program tracking methodologies and deliver holistic campaign analytics to inform executive decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of strategic marketing experience leading multi-channel campaigns and alternate sales channel development.
• Expertise in end-to-end demand generation across digital, direct mail, paid media, and mobile app channels.
• Proven track record of managing campaign budgets, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in performance analytics, data-driven reporting, and collaborative project management.
