Marketing & Demand Generation ManagerSummary/ObjectiveThe Marketing & Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth for both Total Service Solutions (TSS) and Gofer Parts. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Commercial Strategy, this role partners closely with commercial leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and support the organization’s growth initiatives.This position plays a key role in advancing commercial performance through integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing programs, sales enablement resources, content development, trade show and event management, OEM and channel partner support, and brand stewardship. The role supports the organization’s growth strategy by creating and executing marketing programs that strengthen market presence, generate demand, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

- Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Plan and manage B2B demand generation campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline development.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials including presentations, proposals, case studies, product literature, customer success stories, and industry-specific messaging.
- Support national account initiatives, OEM partnerships, robotics partnerships, and other strategic channel marketing programs.
- Develop and manage content for email marketing campaigns, social media platforms, thought leadership initiatives, promotional materials, and other marketing communications.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all internal and external communications and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing, SEO, and analytics resources to optimize digital marketing effectiveness and campaign performance.
- Manage CRM-integrated marketing initiatives and monitor lead generation, conversion metrics, customer engagement, and return on investment through ongoing reporting and analysis.
- Build reports and provide recommendations regarding campaign effectiveness, marketing performance, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate trade show participation, customer events, industry conferences, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, designers, printers, and marketing partners to ensure quality deliverables and alignment with company objectives.
- Assist with marketing budget planning and management, including campaign expenditures and vendor costs.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging marketing technologies, industry trends, competitive activity, and best practices.

Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position currently does not have direct reports but is responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives and collaborating with internal teams and external marketing partners to support the organization's marketing objectives and continued growth.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and other office technology. Occasional travel may be required for trade shows, customer events, meetings, and industry conferences.
Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
TravelNo travel is expected for this position except for special projects or trade show events when needed.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within B2B, industrial, commercial services, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing trade shows, events, and customer-facing marketing initiatives.
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategy, demand generation, and customer engagement.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, SEO/SEM concepts, and campaign analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
