CINCO Auto Insurance is looking for an AI-Savvy Content Writer who understands how content works in today’s digital world — where attention spans are short, audiences are mobile-first, social media trends move fast, and trust matters more than ever.

This is not a traditional blog-writing position. We are seeking someone who can create content that grabs attention, connects emotionally, and drives action.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Develop high-quality marketing content for:

Social media captions (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

Google and Meta ads

Landing pages and website copy

Email and SMS campaigns

Short-form video scripts

Educational insurance content that is simple and engaging

SEO and Local Search Content

Support CINCO’s online visibility by:

Writing content designed to rank in search engines

Creating local landing pages for Texas markets

Supporting Google Business Profile posting strategies

Helping improve visibility for searches like “Auto Insurance near me”

AI-Driven Content Workflow

Use modern tools such as:

ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini

Grammarly / Hemingway

Surfer SEO / SEMrush or similar tools

These tools will be used for:

Research

Creating outlines

Drafting variations

Repurposing one idea across multiple platforms

AI should be used as a tool to accelerate production, not replace human creativity. You must know how to edit, simplify, humanize, maintain brand tone, and improve conversion performance.

What You’ll Own

In this role, you will help build and maintain:

A consistent CINCO voice across all channels

A scalable weekly content production system

Content that drives inbound leads, walk-ins, win-backs, referrals, and long-term trust

Requirements

Must-Haves

Strong writing skills

Excellent editing ability with attention to grammar and clarity

Fast execution and consistency

Organized workflow and ability to meet deadlines

Openness to feedback and revisions

Strong Bonus Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Experience in SEO writing, especially local SEO

Social media writing experience

Insurance or service-industry writing experience

Experience writing for value-driven households with a focus on clarity and simplicity
