Job Title: Medical Billing Content Writer (US Healthcare)

Location: Onsite - Lahore
Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (US Time Zone)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: PKR 100,000 - 180,000 (depending on experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-focused Medical Billing Content Writer to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing clear, accurate, and engaging content related to the US healthcare and medical billing domain. A strong understanding of billing procedures, terminology, and compliance standards is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality content covering medical billing, coding, and the US healthcare system
• Develop blogs, articles, website copy, SOPs, and training documentation
• Translate complex billing concepts into easy-to-understand content
• Ensure accuracy in areas such as ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS codes, and insurance processes
• Conduct in-depth research and apply SEO best practices to content
• Collaborate with internal teams including billing professionals and marketing staff
• Stay updated with the latest US healthcare regulations and billing guidelines
• Review and edit content to maintain clarity, consistency, and accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, English, Journalism, or a related discipline
• 1–3+ years of experience in medical billing or healthcare content writing
• Strong knowledge of:
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Insurance claims, denials, and reimbursement processes
• Basic HIPAA compliance standards
• Excellent writing, editing, and research abilities
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Medical Billing/Coding (e.g., CPC, CCS)
• Experience working with US-based healthcare clients
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
• Understanding of SEO tools and content strategies
