Social Media Strategist & Content Writer — Meta Ads Specialist (In-House, Lahore)

We are hiring a Social Media Strategist and Content Writer who will own our Meta advertising campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and copywriting to launch, optimization, and reporting. You will also manage our organic social content calendar across Facebook and Instagram.

You will be measured on cost per lead, campaign performance, and lead volume. If numbers excite you more than vanity metrics, this role is built for you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across all our service lines
  • Write compelling, policy-compliant ad copy for sensitive healthcare audiences
  • Set up campaigns: Lead Form Ads, traffic campaigns, and retargeting
  • Monitor and optimise daily — CPL, CTR, frequency, audience performance
  • A/B test copy, creative, and targeting — document and apply learnings
  • Manage Meta pixel, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences
  • Write and schedule organic social content: educational posts, doctor authority content, treatment explainers
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with seasonal campaigns
  • Deliver a clear weekly performance report every Monday

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Minimum 2 years of Facebook/Instagram Ads experience with provable results
  • Strong English copywriting skills — you write ads that people actually click
  • Understanding of Meta Ads Manager at an operational level
  • Awareness of Meta's healthcare advertising policies
  • Comfortable handling sensitive, discreet health topics professionally
  • Portfolio with real campaign results — CPL data, ROAS, lead volume screenshots
  • Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working with a US-Timing.

BONUS POINTS

  • Experience in medical, aesthetic, or wellness marketing
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM
  • Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe)
  • Experience writing landing page or email copy
