Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with proven expertise in LinkedIn and Facebook (Meta) platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to generate, nurture, and convert leads into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies on LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Identify and target decision-makers in construction, architecture, and engineering sectors
  • Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, messaging, and follow-ups)
  • Plan, create, and optimize Facebook (Meta) paid and organic campaigns
  • Generate qualified leads and coordinate meetings for the sales team
  • Create engaging content, including posts, ad copies, and outreach messages
  • Optimize company profiles/pages for better visibility and conversions
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve based on data insights
  • Maintain and manage a structured lead pipeline and reporting system

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn & Facebook (Meta) marketing, preferably in B2B
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and customer journeys
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Meta Ads Manager
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong research and audience targeting capabilities
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused mindset
  • Experience in construction, estimation, or drafting industry will be an advantage

KPIs / Success Metrics:

  • Monthly qualified leads generated
  • Conversion rate from outreach and campaigns
  • Cost per lead (CPL) for paid campaigns
  • Engagement rate across posts and advertisements

shift Timings:8:00am to 5:00pm (mon-fri)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
