Are you a Lead Gen pro tired of manual Upwork bidding? We're looking for an Outbound Growth Specialist who can build automated systems using Clay, Instantly, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to drive international pipeline growth at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build, nurture, and convert leads through structured outbound and paid acquisition strategies. The primary focus is on direct outreach channels — email marketing, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta Ads — and full-funnel pipeline management rather than relying on freelance platforms.

5. What You Will Own — KPIs & Targets

  • Lead Generation: 50+ qualified leads/month via email, LinkedIn, Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Discovery Calls: 8–10 meetings booked/week with potential clients
  • Pipeline Health: 30+ active prospects maintained at all times
  • Email Campaigns: Minimum 2 outreach sequences running simultaneously
  • Paid Ads: Manage 2+ active Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns with tracked CPL & ROAS
  • Reporting: Weekly BD report submitted every Monday to leadership
  • Deal Closure: Contribute to 2–3 new project closures/month

6. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and target potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and Apify
  • Execute cold email campaigns with personalized messaging and A/B test sequences via Instantly, Smartlead, and Woodpecker
  • Build segmented lead lists by industry, geography, company size, and ICP
  • Continuously optimize subject lines, CTAs, and follow-up sequences for higher reply rates
  • Use data enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Apify, Hunter.io, Phantombuster) to build high-quality prospect lists
  • Source leads via platforms including SolidGigs, Upwork, Alignable, and Bark
  • Research and identify new verticals and geographies for XISLABS services

Google Ads & Meta Ads Campaign Management

  • Set up and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and Meta Ads campaigns targeting decision-makers in key verticals (SaaS, healthcare, fintech, e-commerce)
  • Define audience targeting, keyword strategies, ad copy, and landing page alignment
  • Monitor daily performance: impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, CPL, and ROAS
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, descriptions, and landing pages
  • Manage monthly ad budgets and provide weekly spend reports with ROI/ROAS analysis
  • Coordinate with leadership to align paid campaigns with outbound outreach for maximum pipeline impact

Sales Funnel & Pipeline Management

  • Design and own a full sales pipeline from awareness to signed contract
  • Qualify leads and move them through funnel stages: Cold → Warm → Discovery → Proposal → Close
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or Zoho) with updated lead status, interaction history, and deal value
  • Set up automated email sequences and follow-up workflows using Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Woodpecker
  • Tag and segment leads by source (LinkedIn, email, Google Ads, Meta Ads, inbound) for attribution reporting
  • Use Calendly for seamless meeting scheduling integrated into outreach flows
  • Manage payment and contract flows via Stripe, where applicable

Client Communication & Deal Closure

  • Run structured discovery calls via Google Meet or Zoom to understand client needs, budgets, and timelines
  • Align client requirements with XISLABS technical capabilities and team availability
  • Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and project scope documents
  • Coordinate with the CTO and development team to finalize technical scope and pricing
  • Follow up consistently until the deal is closed or disqualified
  • Hand off closed deals to the project management team with a clear scope brief

Communication & Infrastructure Management

  • Set up and manage outreach infrastructure using Mailgun and SendGrid for email deliverability
  • Use Twilio for SMS/call-based follow-up sequences where applicable
  • Coordinate client and team communication via Slack and Google Workspace
  • Manage and automate workflows using GoHighLevel, Zapier, and n8n
  • Use Notion and ClickUp for BD task management, reporting, and documentation

Strategy & Reporting

  • Track weekly KPIs: leads generated, emails sent, reply rate, calls booked, deals closed, ad spend, CPL
  • Submit structured weekly and monthly BD reports every Monday
  • Analyze campaign performance across all channels and share actionable insights
  • Research competitor positioning, market trends, and new niche opportunities
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for new XISLABS service lines or verticals

8. Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience

  • 2.5–3 years in business development, B2B sales, or tech sales
  • Proven track record running cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, Lead Gen)
  • Hands-on experience building and managing structured sales funnels and pipelines
  • Background in IT or the software services industry preferred

Skills

  • Excellent English communication — written proposals, emails, and discovery calls
  • Deep expertise in cold outreach, email sequencing, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup, targeting, and optimization
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel stages and lead nurturing best practices
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and outreach tools listed above
  • Basic knowledge of software technologies (React, Node.js, Python, Flutter, etc.)
  • Comfortable working US or European time shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience closing deals with international clients in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia
  • Google Ads certification (Google Skillshop)
