Position: Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities
• Coordinate with design and sales teams to develop marketing materials
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
• Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising initiatives
• Assist in organizing promotional events and brand activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing or a similar role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and content creation skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools
