Content Writer and Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Social MediaManager to join our team in Chembur. This is a full-time on-site role—perfect for someone who’s eager to build a strong foundation in content, brand building, and digital marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
• Produce daily content (static posts, reels, stories, etc.) and coordinate with the design team.
• Track trends, meme culture, and topical moments to create reactive content
• Manage posting schedules and ensure timely publishing of all content
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments and DMs
• Monitor performance using platform insights and basic reporting tools
• Support on shoots, content days, and influencer collaborations
• Must be proficient with Canva

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Good sense of visual design and aesthetics (you don’t need to be a designer, but you should know what looks good)
• Good copywriting skills—can write a good caption or punchy one-liner
• Interest in brands, content, and internet culture
• Bonus: Experience with CapCut, or social media scheduling tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
