Salary: PKR 70,000 – 150,000/month (Based on Experience)

About the Role

Kaya Systems is looking for a creative and motivated Content Writer & Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, creative thinking abilities, and experience creating engaging digital content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and websites
• Write creative captions, marketing copies, and promotional content
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand goals and trends
• Create visual content using Canva or similar tools
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for campaigns
• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules
• Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies
• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of content writing or content creation experience preferred
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing knowledge
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts
• Familiarity with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
• Experience working with international clients or BPO industry
