About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Content Writer / Copywriter to create compelling, high-quality content that informs, engages, and converts. This role involves producing blog posts, landing pages, ad copy, sales collateral, and thought leadership content. The Writer ensures all outputs are on-brand, SEO-friendly, and aligned with marketing and sales objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation:
  • Write long-form and short-form content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and web pages.
  • Produce copy for ads, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and tone.
  • SEO & Optimization:
  • Research keywords and incorporate SEO best practices into writing.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize for search intent and ranking.
  • Update existing content to maintain freshness and relevance.
  • Research & Subject Expertise:
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry topics, competitors, and trends.
  • Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) for thought leadership content.
  • Translate complex topics into clear, engaging copy.
  • Editing & Quality Assurance:
  • Proofread for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
  • Ensure deliverables are accurate, plagiarism-free, and error-free.
  • Maintain content calendars and deliver work on time.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with designers, marketers, and sales teams to align copy with visuals and campaigns.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into revisions while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor content performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Provide recommendations to improve engagement, conversions, and SEO rankings.

  • Strong research and editing skills.
Ideal Experience & Skills:
  • Background writing for B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Clearscope).
  • Experience writing conversion-focused copy (ads, landing pages, email sequences).
  • Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot).
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
A Content Writer / Copywriter’s day revolves around producing high-quality, conversion-focused content. You will:
  • Research industry trends and gather insights for upcoming topics.
  • Draft blog posts and long-form content for marketing campaigns.
  • Write ad copy, landing page text, or sales collateral to support lead generation and deals.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to align copy with visuals and campaign strategy.
  • Edit and proof content for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Track content performance and optimize older pieces for better SEO and conversions.
