Job Overview

We are looking for a PR, Community & Creative Manager to strengthen our brand presence, manage public relations, and build an engaged community around our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, socially intelligent, and experienced in real estate marketing, PR storytelling, and community engagement.

This role requires close collaboration with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and strong public perception across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations (PR)

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and credibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and industry partners
  • Draft press releases, media pitches, statements, and brand announcements
  • Manage brand reputation and handle public communications when required

Community Management

  • Build, grow, and manage brand communities across social platforms and offline events
  • Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and foster meaningful conversations
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align community engagement with lead generation and trust-building
  • Organize community-driven campaigns, launches, site visits, and events

Creative & Content Direction

  • Lead creative direction for campaigns, storytelling, and brand narratives
  • Work closely with designers, videographers, and content creators
  • Ensure consistent tone, voice, and visual identity across all platforms
  • Oversee content calendars for PR, community, and brand initiatives

Real Estate Focus

  • Translate real estate offerings into compelling stories and value-driven messaging
  • Support project launches, property showcases, and investment-focused campaigns
  • Understand buyer psychology, investor mindset, and local market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Media Studies, or related field
  • 5-6 years of experience in PR, community management, or creative roles
  • Prior experience in real estate is highly preferred
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and community behavior
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Has worked with real estate developers, agencies, or property brands
  • Confident communicator with a creative mindset
  • Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external partners
