About the Role

Are you a gifted writer with an obsession for the English language? Do you have an IELTS or PTE score that reflects your mastery?

The Kalculators is looking for a Junior Content Writer to join our Lahore team. Unlike most roles, we are NOT looking for an SEO expert. We are looking for a writer with a sophisticated command of English. We will provide the training on SEO, Google algorithms, and NLP, you provide the world-class writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, engaging articles, blog posts, and service pages for our Australian accounting and healthcare clients.
• Adapt your writing style to match an Australian audience (using Australian English standards).
• Collaborate with our SEO Lead to learn and implement on-page SEO strategies, meta-data creation, and content clustering.
• Ensure all content is 100% original, creative, and free of grammatical errors.
• Assist in drafting professional business communications and social media copy.

Requirements (The Non-Negotiables)

• Exceptional English Writing: You must be able to write with nuance, correct tone, and perfect grammar.
• IELTS/PTE Preferred: Candidates who have attempted the IELTS (Target Score: 7.5+) or PTE (Target Score: 70+) will be given high priority.
• Early Birds Only: You must be comfortable with the 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM shift. This allows us to sync perfectly with our Australian office.
• Portfolio: A few samples of your writing (academic, professional, or creative) must be provided.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but talent outweighs the degree.
