Content Writer - Game Guides

TheGameSlayer is looking for a creative, energetic and passionate gaming journalist to be a part of a the team and focus on creating consistent, high quality and engaging content. The incumbent should have a minimum experience of 2 years having worked in the gaming industry. The job is a remote-based profile

Key responsibilities

- Stay updated on all new happenings and news in the gaming industry and report on the same

- Keep track of all new upcoming game launches, cover and create content around pre-game releases

- Pitch story ideas to editors

- Adhere to the ethical code of the profession

Requirements

- You should be a versatile individual with knowledge of; and having expertly played and completed AAA games and smaller titles across genres; either on PC or consoles

- Ability to meet deadlines and accurately fact-check information.

- Excellent command over English is highly preferred, and so is a passion for writing
