Their portfolio & expertise range from Construction, Ownership & Management of diverse hospitality assets such as premium Hotels, Event Centres, Serviced & Residential Apartments.

About the Role

Your role will be to create compelling, SEO-friendly content for websites, doing regular social media promotions and posts, creating marketing materials, copy writing for campaigns and so on.

You will be expected to research industry trends, collaborate with teams, and ensure brand consistency.

You have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong understanding of hotel management concepts.

Content Creation

• Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
• Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that aligns with the company's brand voice and tone.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies and campaigns that promote the hotels, restaurants, and services.
• Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across different platforms and channels.
• Maintain originality and stay abreast of legal and ethical considerations in content creation, ensuring compliance with copyright laws and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to develop multimedia content, such as infographics, videos, and interactive presentations.

Industry Expertise

• Conduct research to gather information and insights related to the hospitality industry, hotel management, and current trends.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing strategies to continually improve content effectiveness.
• Adapt content for different target audiences, including travellers, hotel owners, and industry professionals.

Analytics & Improvements

• Create and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) purposes, incorporating relevant Hospitality industry keywords and best practices.
• Track content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Monitor & provide insights of competitor’s campaigns to the Marketing teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.

Candidate Requirements

Required:

· Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a content writer or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.

· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.

· Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize complex information into engaging content.

· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

· Ability to do storytelling.

Desired:

· A passion for the hospitality industry and a strong understanding of hotel management concepts.

· Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for online content.

· Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.

· Proficient in using digital tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and social media management tools.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
