Content Writer (Night Shift)

Job Description

We are seeking a creative Content Writer to join our brand team. The ideal candidate should be a versatile storyteller with a passion for building brands through compelling content. He will be responsible for strategizing, developing, and executing a wide range of content across our digital platforms, including our website, blogs, email marketing campaigns, social media channels, and PR efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and the ability to produce high-quality, engaging copy and scripts.

Content Strategy & Creation

• Revamp a Brand Content Strategy, which should reflect on all our digital channels.
  
  

Content Marketing

• Creating and sharing valuable, relevant content to attract and engage a target audience.
• Develop, manage, and execute a monthly content calendar for all brand channels, including the website, blog, and social media.
• Write and edit engaging website content, blog posts, and articles that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Craft compelling social media captions, video scripts (for short-form and long-form content), and email copy.
  
  

Social Media & Video

• Ideate and create content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), including posts, stories, and video scripts.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, local culture, and PR moments to inform content strategy.
  
  

SEO & PR Writing

• Apply SEO best practices to all written content to improve search engine rankings.
• Write press releases, pitches, and other PR materials to secure media coverage and build brand awareness.
  
  

Performance & Optimization

• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize content strategy based on performance data to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the impact of content efforts.
  
  

Engagement Rate On Social Media

• High engagement across platforms (likes, shares, comments, saves).
• Performance bench marked against previous campaigns and industry standards.
  
  

AI Marketing

• Utilizing artificial intelligence to personalize marketing messages, automate tasks, and optimize the content of different types of marketing campaigns.
  
  

Performance Review & Optimization

• Regular use of analytics and performance data to optimize content strategy.
• Demonstrable improvement in content performance (reach, engagement, shares).
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio of published content, including website copy, blog posts, and social media examples.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
• Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with video production and on-camera presenting. (Optional but a plus)
