Content Writer – Real Estate

We are looking for a Senior Content Writer with deep experience in the real estate sector to create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for our projects, websites, marketing campaigns, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of proven content writing experience, especially in real estate, property development, or allied industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, compelling content for websites, brochures, blogs, emailers, social media, and more
• Write and edit project descriptions, location highlights, property features, and investment benefits
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create effective campaigns
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone, branding, and strategic goals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with trends
• Optimize content for SEO and user engagement
• Write press releases, articles, and scripts as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional content writing experience, with strong exposure to real estate
• Excellent command of English – written and verbal
• Ability to simplify complex real estate concepts into consumer-friendly language
• Strong attention to detail, grammar, and storytelling
• Familiarity with SEO tools and content management systems
• Portfolio or writing samples in real estate (required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
