Content Writer (US Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user manuals, system documentation, product specifications, and troubleshooting guides for healthcare technologies and software.
• Write clear, user-friendly content for medical devices and healthcare IT systems, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Create content that aligns with US healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, FDA), including compliance manuals, policy guidelines, and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure accuracy in documentation related to healthcare laws and privacy policies.
• Research and write educational materials, white papers, and reports on healthcare industry trends, treatments, and public health developments.
• Develop training materials for healthcare professionals on new technologies, software, or regulatory updates.
• Create patient education resources that explain medical procedures, conditions, and treatment plans in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Write engaging content for healthcare websites, blogs, and social media platforms, tailored for a wide range of audiences.
• Write optimized, SEO-friendly content for healthcare websites to drive traffic and improve online visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create content that supports the organization’s digital strategy.
• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), including doctors, researchers, and IT specialists, to gather accurate information.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency, adhering to industry standards and style guides.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience writing technical content, preferably within the healthcare or medical technology industries.
• Proven experience in creating technical documentation, compliance content, and patient education materials.
• Experience with healthcare technologies, electronic health records (EHR), or medical devices is a strong plus.
