What You Will Do:


We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Content Writer (Russian-speaking) to join our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for creating, translating, and localising engaging content across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency, linguistic accuracy, and cultural relevance.


  • Content Creation: Write and edit original Russian and English content for websites, landing pages, and campaign materials.
  • Translation & Localisation: Translate and adapt web pages, marketing materials, property descriptions, brochures, and social media content between English and Russian.
  • Cultural Adaptation: Localise content for Russian-speaking markets, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content accurately reflects the company’s voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the content, marketing, and SEO teams to align materials with brand guidelines and search optimisation strategies.
  • Proofreading & Quality Control: Conduct linguistic quality checks and proofreading of content to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Creative Writing: Support marketing initiatives by crafting compelling headlines, copy, and storytelling for both languages.


Who We Are Looking For:


  • Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in translation, copywriting, or content creation within real estate, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Russian and advanced English, both written and spoken, with excellent command of grammar, tone, and stylistic nuances.
  • Translation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to translate and localise marketing materials and website content while preserving brand identity and cultural relevance.
  • Digital Writing Knowledge: Strong understanding of online writing standards, digital tone of voice, and localisation strategies for bilingual or multilingual audiences.
  • Editing & Proofreading: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Russian and English, with meticulous attention to linguistic detail and brand consistency.
  • Organisation & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field preferred.
