Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Content Writer with strong SEO and AEO expertise who can create high-quality, search-optimized, and answer-focused content. The ideal candidate understands how content performs on Google Search, Featured Snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), voice search, and AI-driven answer engines.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Write SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, website content, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles
• Create AEO-focused content that directly answers user queries in a concise and structured manner
• Develop content optimized for featured snippets, voice search, and AI search assistants
• Write compelling meta titles, meta descriptions, and heading structures (H1–H6)

SEO Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest
• Implement on-page SEO best practices (keyword placement, internal linking, readability)
• Optimize content for search intent (informational, navigational, transactional, commercial)
• Improve content readability, CTR, and dwell time

AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) Responsibilities

• Structure content using FAQs, bullet points, tables, and concise answers
• Optimize content for People Also Ask (PAA) and featured snippets
• Write content suitable for voice search and conversational queries
• Implement schema-aware writing (FAQ schema, HowTo schema – in collaboration with tech team)

Content Strategy & Optimization

• Update and refresh existing content to improve rankings and answer coverage
• Analyze content performance using Google Search Console & Analytics
• Collaborate with SEO, design, and development teams for content optimization
• Follow brand tone, content guidelines, and editorial calendars

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Strong command of English (grammar, clarity, storytelling)
• Hands-on experience with SEO content writing
• Understanding of AEO concepts and answer-focused content
• Ability to write clear, concise, and user-first content
• Familiarity with Google search algorithms and ranking factors

Tools & Technical Knowledge

• SEO tools: Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest / Google Search Console
• CMS: WordPress or similar platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML tags, schema markup concepts
• AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) – for assistance, not dependency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, EdTech, Healthcare, or Tech content
• Experience writing knowledge base or support documentation
• Understanding of E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness)
• Ability to write for international audiences
