About the Role
ButterPOS is looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Writer with 3+ years of experience to own and scale our Restaurant POS content vertical.
In this role, you will drive organic growth through high-quality, SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) content that helps restaurant owners make smarter business decisions. You’ll play a key role in making ButterPOS highly visible across Google and AI-driven search platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing and brand goals
- Plan, write, edit, and publish high-quality blogs, articles, and marketing copy
- Optimize all content for SEO and digital platforms (website, social media, email)
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams for campaigns and launches
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements
- Identify high-intent topics and content opportunities
- Structure content for both human readers and AI/LLM visibility (AEO)
- Build content that strengthens brand authority and organic reach
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content writing / content marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and audience engagement
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
- Experience in the restaurant or POS industry is a strong plus

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
