Position Overview:
The Content Writer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and refining recommendation letters and EB-2 NIW documents for clients applying under the U.S. Employment-Based Immigration Program. The role requires a strong command of professional and persuasive writing, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to align client backgrounds with U.S. immigration legal standards and evidentiary criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit recommendation letters tailored to each client’s professional background, achievements, and area of expertise.
- Write and review petition letters (NIW petition statements) in compliance with USCIS guidelines and the Matter of Dhanasar framework.
- Conduct thorough research on each client’s career, field of work, and national importance to accurately highlight their professional impact.
- Ensure all written materials are clear, factual, and persuasive, presenting clients as strong candidates for the National Interest Waiver.
- Collaborate with the Petition Operations & Compliance team to refine drafts based on case strategy and attorney feedback.
- Review petitions for consistency, grammar, tone, and factual accuracy, ensuring alignment with the client’s supporting evidence.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information and documentation.
Preferred Skills:

- Ability to identify and articulate a client’s national and global impact in professional writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Workspace.
