Role Overview
The Content Writing Intern will be responsible for crafting high-quality, professional, and engaging content across a vast array of niches. We are looking for someone who can write from scratch but also understands the modern landscape—meaning you can take AI-generated drafts and "humanize" them so effectively they achieve a 90-95% human score on detection tools.
Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a strict policy against raw AI output and plagiarism. If you cannot write original content or manually refine text to perfection without relying on paraphrasing tools, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Niche Writing: Research and write crisp, professional content for industries including Health, Tech, Finance, Business, Lifestyle, Real Estate, and more.
- Versatile Formats: Create engaging copy for web pages, blogs, articles, and whitepapers.
- Content Humanization: Edit and refine AI-assisted drafts to ensure they sound 100% natural, authoritative, and pass high-threshold human-content detectors.
- Research: Conduct deep-dive internet research to ensure all content is factually accurate and unique.
- Quality Control: Ensure all content is easy to understand, non-repetitive, and grammatically flawless.
- SEO Integration: Collaborate with the SEO team to naturally integrate keywords and topics (training provided).
Requirements
- Writing Excellence: Exceptional command of the English language with a "professional yet accessible" writing style.
- Research Skills: Ability to digest complex topics from the internet and reproduce them in your own words.
- Freshers Welcome: Open to college students or recent graduates who have the time and dedication to meet the 45-50 hour weekly requirement.
- Originality: Must be able to write without relying on automated paraphrasing tools or "spinners."
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with WordPress and basic Keyword/Topic Research is a plus (if not, we will train you).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow strict brand guidelines and technical briefs.
