Job description:

We are looking for a Content/Technical Writer to join our team. If you're dedicated, ambitious, creative, and have excellent writing and communication skills, then this is the job for you.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• - Write, edit, and proofread content, ensuring its clarity, conciseness, and coherence.
• - Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content.
• - Create long-form content such as whitepapers, info guides, datasheets, articles, and e-books on industry-related topics.
• - Produce short-form content like blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
• Content Strategy:
• -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define content requirements and create an editorial calendar.
• - Stay updated with industry trends to ensure the creation of relevant and timely content.
• SEO Optimization:
• -Understand Search Engine Optimization to ensure content is optimized for search engines.
• - Collaborate with the SEO team to incorporate keywords and boost content visibility.
• Quality Assurance:
• - Ensure all written content is AI-free, plagiarism-free, and 100% accurate, meeting the highest editorial standards.
• - Continuously update content as necessary, ensuring it remains relevant and engaging.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content writing, technical writing, or copywriting.
• Familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style would be a plus.
• Skilled in creating content in various formats and styles for diverse audiences, with strong American English proficiency.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing diverse writing projects.
• Proficient understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experienced in Semantic SEO and adept at producing content optimized for semantic search.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong research skills to ensure content accuracy and originality.
• Familiarity with the U.S. energy sector will be considered an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
