Compensation: $25.00 – $31.00 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience

We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Content/Video Creator to join our team and support our brand development initiatives.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Process Excellence, the Content/Video Creator will play a key role in enhancing brand recognition through multimedia content creation, project coordination, and digital engagement. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in brand strategy and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects related to brand development, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals
Produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, client testimonials, and educational materials, managing the full production cycle from concept to distribution
Research, write, and edit blog posts that reflect the firm’s voice and engage target audiences; optimize content for SEO
Curate, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms to foster engagement and brand loyalty
Design and develop multimedia content including graphics, videos, and infographics to effectively communicate brand messaging
Create visually compelling email newsletters that deliver updates, promotions, and valuable information to subscribers
Assist in the development of training materials such as one-pagers, resource guides, training videos, and visual graphics

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, design, marketing, or a related field
Demonstrated passion for brand management and marketing strategy
Portfolio of relevant work including social media posts, writing samples, videos, and other content
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in social media management tools, content creation software, video editing platforms, and project management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Experience with SEO is preferred
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to brand initiatives
Basic understanding of design principles and familiarity with design software is a plus
Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player
