Job Description: Continental Commis II / Continental DCDP

Location: Agartala, Tripura
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (with food & stay)
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
Shift Type: Straight Shift
Weekly Off: 1 weekly off as per standard

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Continental Commis II and Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Continental cuisine and be capable of supporting or handling a section, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in cooking Continental dishes as per kitchen standards
• Handle assigned section independently (for DCDP level)
• Support senior chefs during service and prep work
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
• Assist in mise en place, inventory, and daily kitchen operations

Candidate Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a Continental kitchen (as Commis II or DCDP)
• Good to have experience handling pork; candidates with strong chicken preparation experience are also acceptable
• Basic to strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with a disciplined and positive attitude
