Key Responsibilities

  • Mandatory Experience in vegan Dishes Preparation
  • Prepare and cook continental dishes & Vegan Dish Mandatory (soups, salads, pasta, steaks, sauces, grilled items, etc.)
  • Design and execute menu items in line with restaurant standards
  • Ensure food presentation meets fine-dining or casual dining expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients
  • Control portion sizes, food cost, and wastage
  • Work with sous chefs and kitchen staff for smooth operations
  • Ensure timely delivery of dishes during service hours
  • Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and quality
  • Assist in menu planning and seasonal specials

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of continental cuisine techniques
  • Experience in grilling, sautéing, baking, and sauce preparation
  • Understanding of kitchen hygiene and HACCP standards
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Creativity in food presentation and menu development
  • Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering preferred

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
