Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure optimal productivity and quality in our operations.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and analyze manufacturing processes to implement continuous improvement strategies.

Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Facilitate Kaizen events and training for employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Create and maintain Standard Work documentation to ensure consistent operational practices.
-
Conduct Value Stream Mapping exercises to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
-
Lead and manage projects aimed at capital investment planning and process enhancement.
-
Analyze performance metrics and develop reports to monitor progress and effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align continuous improvement goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
-
Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and certification is a plus.

Familiarity with project management techniques and tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
