top consumer goods manufacturer
, is seeking a
Continuous Improvement Engineer
to join their growing operations team. This is a
high-impact search
where you’ll play a critical role driving Lean initiatives and modernizing production systems.
This is a plant-based, highly visible role — perfect for someone ready to
analyze workflows, implement process improvements, and lead Lean projects that deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do (not All Required Experience)

Build and maintain KPI dashboards that drive real action

Analyze data from MLS/RPS systems to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes

Lead workflow analysis, time studies, and Lean projects (5S, RCA, TPM)

Develop SOPs and train cross-functional teams on CI best practices

Partner with production, quality, and leadership teams to implement solutions
What You Bring (flexible)

3+ years of CI/Lean experience in consumer goods, pharma, or food & beverage

Bonus: SOP development, FAT team involvement, or presenting to leadership
