Continuous Improvement Sub Manager

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across the Ismailia plant to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize productivity and cost performance in line with Jade Textile’s lean manufacturing standards
Key Responsibilities:

Drive the implementation of
Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen practices
across all production departments.

Analyze and evaluate production processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Lead and coordinate
cross-functional improvement projects
to enhance quality, reduce downtime, and increase throughput.

Support standardization of processes, visual management systems, and best practice sharing.

Conduct
time & motion studies
, line balancing, and layout optimization activities.

Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and report improvement results to management.

Train and coach team members on CI methodologies, problem-solving tools, and process analysis techniques.

Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and planning teams to ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.

Participate in cost reduction and efficiency improvement programs without compromising product quality or safety.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Production, or a related field.

7+ years of experience
in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or production optimization, preferably in the textile or FMCG industry.

Proven track record of leading successful CI projects.

Strong knowledge of
Lean Tools
(5S, VSM, SMED, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis).

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and process mapping tools is a plus.

Certification in
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
