About this Position

Supports the deployment of continuous improvement (CI) tools and methodologies across departments, with a strong focus on shopfloor execution, training, and capability building. It also contributes to site and global CI strategies by evaluating implementation, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of operational excellence through collaboration and structured problem-solving.

What you´ll do

  • Support and coach teams on CI tools, methods, and Henkel Production Systems (HPS) standards to drive sustainable performance improvements.
  • Participates in evaluations of continuous improvement implementation, helps calibrate practices with leadership, and ensures consistent application of standards.
  • Maintains the skill matrix, organizes and delivers training, and supports capability building through workshops and hands-on coaching.
  • Identifies, documents, and promotes reapplication of successful practices within the site and across the region.
  • Contributes to the execution of site CI strategies and global initiatives, providing input on performance improvement and obstacle resolution.
  • Collaborates with the Continuous Improvement team to promote a culture of operational excellence, driving innovation, structured problem-solving, and continuous learning across the organization.

What makes you a good fit

  • Degree in Engineering (e.g., Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Industrial, or similar field).
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing, or related engineering roles.
  • Background in digital tools and data analysis (e.g., Power BI) to support CI activities and performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to lead structured problem-solving techniques and coach teams in CI methodologies.
