As the Contract Activation Analyst, you will manage Group Purchasing Org (GPO) and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) contracts, maintain membership rosters, and process pricing activations to support Stryker’s Customer Solutions team through the contract activation cycle. Your expertise will help streamline processes, ensure pricing integrity, and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Administer GPO and IDN contracts, including contract loading and tiered pricing eligibility.
  • Process Letters of Commitment (LOCs), GPO changes, and price applications accurately and on time.
  • Maintain GPO and IDN membership rosters as subject matter expert, implementing structured auditing and validation processes.
  • Analyze customer data and provide insights to support LOC evaluations and internal requests.
  • Support contract audit requests with documentation and pricing eligibility data.
  • Assist in maintaining pricing in revenue management and ERP systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Pricing, Contracting, and Customer Intelligence to ensure alignment.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the medical devices or technology industry.
  • Experience with contract activation and pricing discrepancies.
  • Work experience in a customer service focused role.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and rebate/fee calculation technologies (e.g., Model N).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

$60,100 - $121,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
