Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing Contracts, Tenders, and other legal documents; identify risks, flag issues, and propose standard revisions.
  • Prepare/Draft routine contractual letters and notices.
  • Collect and organize files for legal/arbitration proceedings; prepare initial memos and summaries for CLCO review.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic and physical filing of all department records.
  • Provide general support to the Department Head, including governance and compliance–related tasks..

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Experience:
  • 2-3 year in contract administration, legal support, and compliance function.
