We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to support contractual, commercial, and documentation activities for villa construction projects . The role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, coordinating with internal project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering , Construction Management, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in construction, preferably in villa or residential projects .
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, contract management, and documentation.


Preferred

  • UAE/ GCC experience in villa or residential construction projects.
  • Experience working with developers or consultant-driven projects.
