CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Minimum Requirement for Contract Administrator

· Should have Bachelor Degree in Law / Business/ Construction Management or Equivalent.

· Well versed knowledge and experience in complete Lifecycle Agreements DRAFTING, negotiating, executing and renewing CONTRACTS to ensure legal compliance and protect company interests. Ensure all terms are legally sound, documented.

· Should have Mega Project (Power Plant/Construction) Experience. At least 10 years’ experience required. Experience Certificate Must.

· Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) required, able to coordinate with client and contractors. Able to explain contract terms to internal team, clients and contractors.

· Able to lead as a main member of Project Control Team. Tracking deliverables, deadlines and obligations to ensure all parties meet their requirements.

· Maintaining details physical and digital records of contracts and maintaining contract closeouts or facilitating renewals.

· Ability to analyze, interpret and explain complex CONTRACT terms.

· Proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software (Must)

· Should have own valid QID (FREELANCER).

· Should be locally available in Qatar.

· Work Location : Ras Abu Fontas, Qatar

Preferred Qatar Energy/ Power Plants/Mega Construction Projects Experience candidates.
