QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Building)

Minimum Requirement for Quantity Surveyor

· Should have Civil Engineering Degree / Construction Management or Equivalent.

· Well versed knowledge and experience in REBAR, CONCRETE AND OTHER MATERIALS.

· Strong knowledge of reinforcement standards, codes and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.

· Should have Mega Construction/Building Projects experience. At least 7 -10 years’ experience required. Experience certificates Must.

· Should have good experience & knowledge with PRE-CONTRACT & POST CONTRACT. BOQ. Estimation and take off.

· Preparing cost report. Prepares and submits the interim payment applications.

· Contract prepare drafting as per standard forms. Cost Planning and estimating.

· Proficiency in software like MS Excel, AutoCAD, RebarCAD or ASA.

· Should have own valid QID (FREELANCER).

· Should be locally available in Qatar.

· Work Location : Ras Abu Fontas, Qatar

Preferred Building & Construction Industry Projects Experience candidates.
