Role Overview

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with artists, vendors, and partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, legal awareness, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts with artists, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari laws, industry standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation.
• Collaborate with legal advisors and management on negotiations.
• Monitor contract performance and deadlines, ensuring obligations are met.
• Support event and project teams with contractual requirements.
• Prepare reports and summaries for management on contract status.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in entertainment, media, or talent management industries.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
