We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware Contract Administrator (Civil Engineer) to support our fit-out projects. The selected candidate will be working between Qatar and Saudi Arabia (KSA), managing contractual processes and ensuring compliance with project agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer project contracts and subcontracts
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, scope, and project requirements
- Handle variations, change orders, and contractual claims
- Prepare contractual letters, notices, and project correspondences
- Track delays, risks, and contractual obligations
- Coordinate with project, QS, and engineering teams on commercial matters
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, variations, and communications
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for contract-related issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 4–6 years of experience in contract administration within fit-out or construction projects
- Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial procedures
- Strong knowledge of project documentation, drawings, and BOQs
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Available to join immediately
