We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrative Engineer to support contract management, project documentation, subcontractor coordination, and compliance throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and project agreements.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with project terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients regarding contractual matters.
- Assist in preparing variation orders, claims, extensions of time, and payment certifications.
- Maintain proper records of correspondence, approvals, and contract documentation.
- Support procurement and commercial teams during tendering and contract award stages.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled according to company standards and UAE regulations.
- Prepare regular reports related to contract status, risks, and project progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, FIDIC conditions, and project procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and contract/document management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
