Our client is a large private real estate developer, based in Riyadh. They are renowned for their comprehensive real estate projects
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing RFPs and tender documents
- Drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts
- Administering contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations, key milestones, and deliverables
- Assessing and validating contractor and consultant claims and variation requests, including time and cost impacts, with recommendations for action
- Managing contractual correspondence and supporting resolution of disputes or disagreements in coordination with legal and project teams
- Maintaining accurate contract records, preparing regular reports, and ensuring full compliance with FIDIC and relevant regulatory requirements
A successful Contract Administrator should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
- At least 12+ years of experience in contract administration within the construction sector
- Strong knowledge of contract law, FIDIC, and industry standards
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory, both spoken and written
