Job Title: Contract and Documentation Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract, MOU, and Documentation Officer to join our Compliance and Quality Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining all contracts, MOUs, and legal documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring full compliance with UAE laws, company policies, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts, MOUs, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate sales, leasing, partnerships, and service providers.
  • Ensure all documentation, including contracts and MOUs, complies with UAE real estate laws, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
  • Maintain a comprehensive document control system for contracts, MOUs, licenses, and compliance records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance) to ensure all contracts, MOUs, and related documents are accurate, up to date, and approved.
  • Track contract and MOU timelines, renewals, and obligations to ensure timely actions and compliance.
  • Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation and reports.
  • Implement and monitor document management policies, templates, and procedures.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including government entities, developers, and legal consultants, to facilitate documentation and approvals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract/MOU management, documentation, or compliance—preferably in the real estate sector within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and documentation processes.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
