Job description (Responsibilities & Accountabilities)

Prepares or reviews (as the case may be) Consultant, Client and Subcontractors Contracts.

Prepares or reviews (as the case may be) amendments to Consultant, Client and Subcontractor Contracts.

Forwards copies of the Consultant / Client / Subcontractors Contract to the Consultant / Client / Subcontractors for signature (as applicable). Receives signed contract copy from Consultant/Client/ Subcontractor

Forwards for signature to MPH authorized signatory, ensures duly signed copy is returned to Consultant/Client /Subcontractor

Monitors the expiry dates of Consultant / Client / Subcontractor contracts. Notifies Account Manager 2 months prior to expiry date.

Follows up with Consultant / Client / Subcontractors for signatures of the Contracts.

Issues demobilization notice to Consultant as and when required.

Issues termination notice to Subcontractors as and when required.

Ensures that Contract details are provided to Finance Department

Updates Currently Contracted Personnel table.

Updates subcontractor register

Answers queries from Consultant / Client / Subcontractors / internal departments on contract related issues in coordination with account manager, payroll, logistics departments. Involves Contracts Supervisor when and as needed.

Prepares Consultant’s Experience and Remuneration Certificate.

Answers to third-parties queries related to Consultants’ employment (Banks, employment agencies etc).

Prepares and reviews notices under client, subcontractor and consultant contracts.

Maintains all records / files related to Consultant / Client / Subcontractors Contracts at dedicated drive.

Monitors incoming / outgoing correspondence related to contracts.

Provides records of MPH experience during the bidding process from time to time.

Generates reports required by the management or other departments upon request
Employee Profile [Educational Qualification, Skills & Experience]
:

Bachelor’s Degreein any Discipline
-
Ability to work as per superior’s instructions / guidelines.
-
IT Proficiency ( MS word, and Excel)
-
Proficient in English Language, French is an advantage
-
2 to 3 years’ experience
